Billie Carter is the Founder and President of Gospel In Action Missions, Inc. For more than two decades, he has served the less fortunate, beginning in 1998 through charitable outreach in his hometown as part of the Firefighters Union, where he served as Vice President.

His heart for underprivileged children, individuals with disabilities, and families in need eventually led him to Uganda, where his passion for discipleship and missions deepened. Since 2021, Billie has traveled to Uganda multiple times, partnering with local pastors, leaders, and families to share the Gospel and help make disciples.

Through these relationships and experiences, the Lord opened the door for Gospel In Action Missions. As Founder and President, Billie provides leadership, vision, and direction as the ministry works to build God’s Kingdom through Gospel-centered discipleship and compassionate service.
